Project Manager – Commercial – Limerick

We are currently partnering with a Tier 1 Main Contractor with bases across Ireland who have seen success across a number of projects. Due to continued success, there is now the need for an experienced Project Manager to join the team on a Commercial construction project.

Responsibilities

•    Lead Full Project Delivery
Take ownership of the commercial construction project from pre-construction through to handover, driving programme, quality, and cost performance while ensuring all works are executed in line with design intent, contractual obligations, and client expectations.
•    Direct Site Operations & Subcontractor Management
Oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, and external partners to ensure efficient sequencing of works, resolution of on-site issues, and adherence to technical specifications and construction methodologies.
•    Manage Clients & Key Stakeholders
Act as the primary project interface for clients, consultants, design teams, and senior management, providing accurate progress updates, chairing coordination meetings, managing expectations, and proactively addressing design, commercial, and operational challenges.
•    Control Programme, Budget & Risk
Monitor progress against the construction programme and cost plan, identifying risks, delays, or budget pressures early, while supporting commercial teams with forecasting, variations, reporting, and the implementation of corrective actions to maintain project outcomes.
•    Ensure Safety, Quality & Regulatory Compliance
Champion a robust health, safety, quality, and environmental culture on site by enforcing statutory requirements, overseeing audits and inspections, ensuring all documentation is maintained, and promoting best practices that safeguard personnel and project integrity.

Requirements

Must have 10+ years’ experience in a similar role preferably on Commercial construction projects
Must have excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
Must be based within a commutable distance of Limerick

€110,000 - €115,000 + Package (Including car, healthcare, pension etc.)
